The Bird Garden

is a mixed media installation of cast paper bird in their environment. Dozens of purple martins sit atop a set of nylon ropes that extend 60 feet across the gallery. Goldfinches bathe and feed near a family of bluebirds. All pieces are built to scale and reflect the avian life just outside my studio window. Click the thumbnails below for a larger image.
